You must not share, resell, sublicence, redistribute, or publish paid content (including persona reports, playbooks, prompt templates, or PDF exports) to any third party without prior written permission from SimpleAI. Paid content is licensed, not sold — SimpleAI retains all ownership.

Persona profiles, quiz results, and report content are intended for personal use only. You must not use them for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: reselling persona assessments, using them as a basis for hiring or employee evaluation, or incorporating them into paid products or services, without prior written permission.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once Full Access has been granted. Full Access is delivered immediately upon payment — the content is available to you the moment your purchase is confirmed.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") or other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract. If a major failure occurs — for example, the product does not work or is materially different from what was described — you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. 8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including written guides, persona profiles, playbooks, prompt templates, tool descriptions, illustrations, category structures, and design — is the property of SimpleAI and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You must not reproduce, republish, or distribute our original content commercially without prior written permission.

Persona illustrations are original artworks owned by SimpleAI. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use them in any context without prior written permission.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

9. Analytics and Data Collection

We use analytics software to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to improve the experience over time. This software collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. It does not collect your name or email address and is not used to build advertising profiles or to sell your data to third parties.
