What is SimpleAI?

SimpleAI helps you understand your AI style. Take the persona quiz to discover your level (1–6, Observer to Architect) and thinking style (Skeptic, Dreamer, Collaborator, or Optimizer). The combination gives you one of 24 personas — each with a tailored growth path, tool loadout, and a specific win to chase this week.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all. The quiz works for everyone from complete beginners to senior engineers. The personas at every level have value — there's no wrong answer.

Where do I start if I'm completely new to AI?

Take the persona quiz. It takes about 4 minutes and gives you a specific starting point built for exactly where you are — not a generic beginner guide.

How is my AI level determined?

The quiz asks about how you currently use AI — not what you know about it. It measures what you actually do, not what you could theoretically do. No technical knowledge required.

Is SimpleAI free?

The quiz, all 24 persona profiles, the tool directory, and your public profile are completely free — no account required to take the quiz. Full access (the deep persona report, team analytics, certificate, and PDF export) is a one-time payment of A$29.

What do I get with full access?

A one-time payment unlocks the full persona report for all 24 personas (deep playbook, prompt library, 30-day roadmap, and tool deep-dive), the ability to create a team and view team analytics, your AI Fluency Certificate, and a branded PDF export of your report. No subscription — yours forever.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. Pay once, access everything forever. No subscription, no annual renewal, no hidden fees.

Can I use it for my team?

Yes. One payment covers you as the team creator. Your team members join for free and take the quiz at no cost. You get a team analytics dashboard showing style distribution, level spread, and your team's AI maturity score.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Full access is delivered immediately upon payment — the content is available to you the moment your purchase is confirmed. Please review the full feature list before purchasing.

What if the product doesn't work or isn't what was described?

Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our no-refund policy. If a major failure occurs — for example, the product does not work or is materially different from what was described — you may be entitled to a remedy. Contact us at hello@simpleai.club.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. We never store your card details. You can review Stripe's security practices at stripe.com.

Do I need an account to take the quiz?

No. You can take the quiz without an account and see your result. Creating a free account saves your result so you can access it later and share your public profile.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from your profile page. Your personal data (name, email, quiz results, and purchase records) is removed from our active systems within 30 days.

How is my data used?

Your quiz answers are used to generate your persona result. We may use anonymised, aggregated quiz data — with no personally identifying information — to understand broad patterns in AI adoption. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
